The Norwegian Booktown consists of 12 second-hand bookshops, open every day 1 May- 20 September, 10.00-18.00.
Some of the bookshops are combined with cafés, arts and crafts or art gallery. Sunday, 19th of September is tha last day that the Booktown is open and this will be the day for the yearly mammothsale. Half price on most of the second hand books.
