Holiday house in Fresvik

Fresvik is a beautiful, small village by the Sognefjord and one of the gateways into the Nærøyfjorden World Heritage Park. The park offers excellent opportunities for hiking and splendid views on e.g. the Nærøyfjord. The glacier Fresvikbreen is also situated within the park.

The house is situated in Hatleli and has got 3 flats and is entirely furnished. The standard is slightly old-fashioned. Great view onto the mountains! Outhouse with garage, wild orchard. Nærøyfjorden World Heritage Park is close by. 1,5 km distance to the Sognefjord (harbour for small boats).

Prices:

Basement flat 3.000 NOK per month + electricity: 1 sleeping room, bathroom with washing machine, living room, kitchen with dish washer, separate entrance. Heating in all floors.

Ground floor including loft 5.000 NOK per month + electricity: 1 large double bedroom, bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet, large living room and kitchen with dish washer, hallway.

The loft has got 2 sleeping rooms, one has got a mini kitchen, bathroom (all new), hallway.

Ground floor without the loft: 3.500 NOK per month + electricity.

Fresvikbreen

Fresvikbreen is a glacier on the south side of Sognefjorden in Vik, Sogn og Fjordane. It lies between Setjedalen in the west, and Storedalen in the east, and is close to the village of Fresvik. The glacier has an area of 15 km² and its highest point is 1648 metres above sea level. Fresvikbreen is the 23rd largest glacier on the Norwegian mainland.

Vik i Sogn

The municipality of Vik is situated on the southern shores of the Sognefjord, one of the longest fjords in the world. Coming from Voss, Bergen or Oslo you reach Vik via the road RV13 over the mountain area Vikafjellet. Coming from the south, the ferry takes you from Dragsvik or Hella to Vangsnes. In addition, the express boat to and from Bergen stops in Vik, during the summer season two times a day.
